What we do 

Most of our time is spent on projects related to equal pay and fair rewarding practices. All our clients are different and so are the detailed solutions we build together. Our projects include various aspects of rewards management and could include, for example, 

  • job structures and pay analytics 

  • pay-related processes and policies 

  • communication and change management 

  • pay transparency initiatives 

  • bonus plan design and optimizing performance management systems.

Your Skills and Qualifications: 

We want this role to reflect your unique skills and interests. That said, here are a few examples of the type of background we're looking for: 

  • Some previous experience in a rewards-related or HR-related role, either in a consultancy or an in-house HR/rewards function, preferably in an international company 

  • Comfortable in working independently in a small, entrepreneurial setting 

  • Relevant university degree or someone who will graduate soon 

  • Interest and skills in using analytics, tools and AI to support work

Our Compensation and Benefits Package  

At Perform and Pay, we believe in rewarding our team members fairly and competitively. Our total compensation package includes: 

  • Base Salary: The planned pay range for the base salary in this role is EUR 3000-3700 per month, depending on your experience. 

  • Incentive Model: We offer you an additional pay component to reward you based on company success, with a maximum of 20% of your annual base salary.

  • Lunch Benefit: We value our lunch moments and regularly explore the best lunch places in the area. We provide a daily lunch benefit of EUR 13,70 (2025) on top of your salary. 

  • Exercise and Culture Benefit: We hope you enjoy the benefits of your choice that support your physical and cultural activities, with annual value of EUR 400 (2025). 

  • Commuting Benefit: We provide a annual commuting benefit of EUR 721 (2025) to make your journey to work more convenient.
